When referring to Havana Hotels, this does not include hotels in Playas del Este.
Shared or collective transfers are provided to and from hotel facilities, NOT to private homes. If requested, the client must provide the name of a nearby hotel or a reference for confirmation.
Shared transfer buses do not go to the hotels located in the historic center of Havana (O'Farril; San Miguel; Tajadillo; Santa Isabel; Ambos Mundos; Florida-Prado Ameno; Beltrán de Santa Cruz; Armadores de Santander; Valencia-Comendador; San Felipe y Santiago; Los Frailes; Villa Nueva; Raquel; Mesón de la Flota; Palacio Cueto) due to their location in pedestrian areas or very narrow streets. In these cases, the buses will stop nearby, and the guide will drive them there. For the pick-up, clients will wait in the lobby, and the guide will approach them.
If the client cannot be reached, the guide will wait for 10 minutes at the hotel. After this time, the client is declared a no-show.
Interhoteles Schedules
The schedules refer to the time the client must be ready at the hotel in the indicated area. As these are buses, pickups are staggered among several hotels, and the bus's arrival time may vary.
Varadero Hotels - Havana Hotels 3:00 PM
International Departure Transfer Schedules
Havana City Hotels - Havana Airport: Guests are picked up 4 hours before their flight departure time.
Varadero Hotels - Havana Airport: Guests are picked up 6 hours before their flight departure time.
Cayo Santa María Hotels - Santa Clara Airport: 6 hours before their flight departure time.
The waiting time at the airport is 2 hours. After this time, guests are declared a No Show.
